New Chamber of Commerce Director Named
The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce names its new President.
Monday, The Chamber announced the selection of Julie Paysen as the new Chamber President in a press release.
Paysen replaces Wendi Bailey, who retired in August after serving as Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce President for nearly eight years.
Paysen’s first day on the job was Monday.
Most recently, Paysen served as a Regional Advertising Sales Representative for Georgia-Carolina Radiocasting, the parent company of WNEG Radio.
The Chamber said it received 29 applications for the job after it was posted back in mid-August and a search committee went through those applications and interviewed candidates.
