Mrs. Alma Jeanette Williams Nelson Hall, age 79, of Westminster, SC, passed away Monday (February 11) at the home of her daughter in Toccoa. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday from the Toccoa First United Methodist Church. Entombment will follow in Stephens Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of Mark and Camille Marsteler, 53 Foreacre Street, Toccoa, and will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Wednesday at 2:00 pm at McNelly Hall of the First Methodist Church until the service time.
