Martin Christmas Lights Damaged, Reward Offered

The town of Martin said Friday that vandalism caused an estimated $7,000 worth of damage to the town’s Christmas light display.

According to Martin town officials, 25 pieces of the town’s display were damaged. Some of the damage was very extensive, with town officials noting a bucket truck was required to fix some of the lights that were knocked out.

The town of Martin is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for damaging the town’s lights.
