A local restaurant celebrates an expansion.

Thursday, the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant on Big A Road in Toccoa for the restaurant’s expansion of its outdoor porch.
