A local bowling center celebrates new management.

The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday for Rose Lanes Bowling to mark new management.

Forrest Williams is the new manager.

“We have two different kinds of leagues right now,” said Williams. “We have the Tuesday league, which is the serious, competitive league and we have the Wednesday league, which is just for fun. Saturday mornings, we also do youth league. We also have an arcade. We have a full snack bar.”

Rose Lanes Bowling is open seven days a week. Mondays and Wednesdays it is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, it is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, it is open from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and on Sundays, it is open from 2 to 9 p.m.

It is located on Rose Lane in Toccoa.
