Toccoa wraps up another Harvest Festival.

The 36th annual Harvest Festival took place Saturday and Sunday in downtown Toccoa.

A large crowd turned out for the event.

Toccoa Main Street Events Coordinator Sharon Crosby said everything seemed to go well.

“We had lots of people come,” said Crosby. “It was just a really fun event. It seemed like everybody was out wanting to enjoy the day.”

The crowd on Sunday included hundreds of people who came on a train from North Carolina for a day-long excursion.

Other events to take place in conjunction with the Harvest Festival this past weekend included a classic car show on Saturday and the Currahee Artists Guild Fall Arts and Crafts Show and Sale both Saturday and Sunday.

Crosby thanks all of the volunteers for their efforts during the Harvest Festival.
