Ga. DOT Announces Habersham Road Work

The Georgia Department of Transportation has announced additional road work this week in northeast Georgia.

The DOT said in Habersham County, a crew will seal cracks in the asphalt driving surface of State Route 15/U.S. Highway 441.

This work requires a lane closure as work occurs.

Meanwhile, the DOT said another crew will work daily on the State Route 17/State Route 155 bridge over the SoqueRiver in Clarkesville.

According to the DOT, the crew will work on the driving surface and under the bridge and a lane will be closed as crews work on.

Crews will work through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. if weather permits.
