White County author Emory Jones will be at the Currahee Military Museum in Toccoa tonight at 7 p.m. speaking at an event presented by the Friends of the Toccoa-Stephens County Library.
Jones has written several books about White County and northeast Georgia.
His presentation tonight will center on his book about the Nacoochee Valley Indian Mound.
Jones said during the presentation, he will show a one hour movie based on the book and answer questions about the book and movie.
“I think the most fun part of the whole evening is the questions and answers,” said Jones. “I do not know all the answers, but I will answer what I can.”
Jones said he will also talk about some of his other works during the presentation tonight.
