Franklin Co. Voters Heading to Polls

Voters are also heading to the polls in Franklin County.

Two Franklin County Commission seats, District 3 and District 4, are being contested.

For District 3, incumbent county commissioner Jeff Jacques is being challenged by Perry Hart.

In the District 4 County Commission race, incumbent county commissioner the Rev. Clint Harper is facing challenger Eddie Wester.

All candidates running for the Post 3 and 4 seats on the Franklin County Commission are Republicans.

Meanwhile, two Franklin County Board of Education seats, Posts 3 and 4, are also up for grabs.

For the Post 3 seat, incumbent Bo Lowery is being challenged by Sherry Williams.

In the Post 4 race, two newcomers are running to fill the seat of outgoing board member Kent Hall.

Leah Harper is running against Alan Mitchell.

All Board of Education candidates in Franklin County are running as Republicans.
