Feral Outfitters Holds Ribbon Cutting

June 14, 2013

feralDowntown Toccoa welcomes a new business.

Feral Outfitters opened a couple of months ago and on Thursday, the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce celebrated the store’s opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Owner Karly Herring says that Feral Outfitters carries a wide variety of apparel and accessories.

“Here at Feral, we like to say that we can cater to a variety of (age) 15 to 50, or even older depending on your taste in clothing,” said Herring. “We have bright, colorful items. We have short sleeves, long sleeves, skirts, dresses, jewelry, shoes, (and) watches. Pretty much anything you could ask for, we have. If you ask for it and we do not have it, we will find it.”

Feral Outfitters is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In addition, Herring said that on Wednesdays and Sundays, she offers free two-hour private shopping sessions by appointment. People interested must schedule at least 24 hours in advance to set up a time.

Feral Outfitters is located at the corner of Doyle and Sage streets in downtown Toccoa.

The phone number for Feral Outfitters is 706-827-0013.
