FCP Fundraiser Planned

The Franklin Community Players are holding a Raise The Roof Block Party fundraising event on Friday, August 19^th from 5 to 7 pm at the Gazebo in Downtown Lavonia. The Block Party features games, food, fun and prizes.

Just a few of the games planned are Cake Walk, Go-Fish, Tic Tac Toe Relay, Pick Up Ducks, Cornhole and more. Food offerings include pizza, hot dogs, soft drinks and sweets available for purchase. There will be a 50/50 Raffle. People wearing their Franklin County High School team colors can enter to win a FCHS Spirit Basket.

The Franklin Community Players are raising funds for future productions and entertainment projects. In addition to the musicals, plays, Youth Summer Theatre Program and college scholarships the group presents on a regular basis, some projects under consideration are holiday parties, workshops and classes.
