One person was killed in an accident involving an ATV Monday in Stephens County.
The Georgia State Patrol says that at around 3:05 p.m. on Cannon Road, Christopher McCury lost control of an ATV in a curve and left the roadway.
He then struck a ditch, was ejected, and then hit by the ATV.
