The Georgia Department of Transportation said it will conduct some routine maintenance work this week in Stephens and surrounding counties.
According to the DOT, a crew will seal cracks in the driving surface of State Route 184 this week if weather permits.
The DOT said a lane and the shoulder will be closed as this work occurs.
Moving to Franklin County, a crew there is scheduled to mow the shoulders and slopes alongside State Routes 51 and 145 if weather permits.
The shoulders will be closed as that work occurs.
Finally in Habersham County, a crew is scheduled to trim vegetation growing in the rights of way alongside State Routes 17 and 255 if weather allows.
Crews will work today through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The DOT has reminded motorists to use caution in these and all work zones.
