Currahee Club Hosts Holiday Market Saturday

The Currahee Club in Stephens County is once again hosting a holiday market this weekend.

On Saturday, the Currahee Club will host its 3rd annual holiday market on the lawn at the club’s Amenities Campus.

The event is free to attend and open to the public.

Currahee Club Community Manager Anne Shurley said that the club is partnering with the Farmers Market, local artisans, businesses, and others to again offer this event to the public.

“It will be a fun-filled afternoon of strolling through the market on the grand lawn of the Currahee Amenity Campus,” said Shurley. “The community will have the opportunity to purchase honey, homemade jams, jellies, preserves, pickles, relishes, gourmet salsas, handmade soaps, lotions, candles, quilts, baked goods, birdhouses, garland, chain saw art, yard and garden art, baskets, and homemade crafts. Our community artists will have an assortment of pottery, paintings, and photographs.”

The hours for the holiday market at the Currahee Club on Saturday are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Currahee Club is located at the end of Oak Valley Road in Stephens County.
