Collins’ Office Makes Change to Mobile Office Hours

June 10, 2013

The office of 9th District U.S. Representative Doug Collins said Monday it has to cancel scheduled mobile office hours this week in Franklin and Hart counties.

Collins’ office stated that both the scheduled office hour times in Franklin and Hart counties will have to be postponed and will be re-scheduled at a later date.

According to the congressman’s office, the cancellation is due to a death in the family of one of Collins’ staff members.

His office said that new dates and times for those office hours will be passed along once they are scheduled.

Collins will still have constituent service representatives on hand Tuesday morning in Danielsville, Tuesday afternoon in Elberton, Thursday morning in Towns County, and Thursday afternoon in Clayton, as has been previously scheduled.

During mobile office hours, Collins’ staff will be available to discuss specific casework issues, as well as listen to concerns regarding upcoming legislative debates and discussions.
