City of Toccoa Hands Out Employee Service Awards

The city of Toccoa recognizes employees for years of service.

Last month, the city handed out its annual Service Awards at its annual Christmas luncheon.

Receiving awards for 35 years of service to the city of Toccoa were Kenneth “Bo” Carter, who works in the fire department, and Avery Hunter, who works in the public works department.

Meanwhile, Jim Crenshaw with the Utilities Department and Stevie Thomason with the Public Works Department received awards for 25 years of service.

Receiving awards for 20 years of service are Randall Adams in the Utilities Department, Michael Coleman in the Fire Department and Cathy Loudermilk in the Finance Department.

A number of employees also received awards for 5, 10, and 15 years of service.
