Chamber Issues Scam Warning

April 4, 2014

The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce is issuing a scam warning alert to its members.

In an e-mail sent out on Thursday, the Chamber said it has received reports of some of its members receiving calls from an unrecognizable number saying they represent the Chamber and are calling to update account records.

The Chamber said it has not authorized this activity and advises anyone who receives such a call not to give them any information.
