Eight Stephens County High School cheerleaders have received All-Region honors this year in Region 8-AAAA. They are Lauren Jameson, Emily Morgan, Marla Feaster, Chandler LeCroy, Lauren Voyles, Meghan Jameson, Caramie McFarlin, and Valerye Holcomb. At Toccoa Falls College, cross country and volleyball wrapped up their seasons while the men’s and women’s basketball teams have gotten their season underway. Stephens County Middle School starts its basketball season. Last Friday, all four middle school teams faced Banks County. The 7th grade girls’ team won 48-26.
