A Carnesville man has been indicted on felony Theft by Deception charges after he allegedly bilked at least one customer out of almost $8,000 for cabinets he never delivered.

A Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Joe Graham, of 2130 Hwy 145, Carnesville last week.

Prosecutors claim Graham, had an online business selling custom-made cabinets for low prices.
They say he took customers’ money but never delivered the merchandise he promised in his online advertisement.

In the case listed in the indictment, in March of last year, Graham allegedly took money from Timothy Flinn and Bobbi Jo Imbrogno of Athens-Clarke County for kitchen cabinets that he never delivered. Flinn told an Atlanta TV station he paid Graham $8,000 for the custom-made cabinets.

Graham said he has the cabinets ready, but that Flinn has not paid him all he owes. Graham was arrested September 21st and charged after more complaints came in. He was later released on bond.
