The Georgia State Patrol is still investigating a multiple-vehicle accident Friday morning on the Toccoa By-pass. It happened at the intersection of Georgia Highway 145 and the Toccoa By-pass prior to 8 a.m. on Friday. Officials with the Toccoa post of the Georgia State Patrol did not have final information on the wreck as of Friday evening.
