7th Grade Boys B-ball Loses Two Last Week

The Stephens County Middle School 7th grade boys’ basketball team suffered two close losses last week.

Last Tuesday, December 11, the 7th grade boys from Stephens County lost to Hart County 37-23. Leading scorers for the Rebels were DeUndra Singleton with 5 points and Kole Rogers and Montavis Thornton with 4 points each.

Then, on Friday, the Stephens County 7th grade boys lost to Franklin County 36-27. Kole Rogers and Montavis Thornton led the Rebels with 9 and 5 points, respectively.

The 7th grade boys are 4-3 overall and 2-2 in their conference.

They are off through Christmas break before returning to action at Wilbanks Middle School on January 4.
